Today, everyone is well aware of the impact that the combustion of fossil fuels has on the environment and of the benefits biomass combustion provides in reducing greenhouse gas (CO₂) emissions in the atmosphere. In addition, biomass combustion does not produce sulfur emissions as coal combustion does.

The new automatic HAMONT biomass boilers in all performance ranges comply with the highest Class 5 requirements according to EN 303-5:2013 and are certified for Ecodesign compliance in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1189.

HAMONT boilers burn wood chips, wood shavings, shredded wood, and offcuts from joinery and furniture manufacturing, including particleboard.
